Stephanie Yosco-Dwyer is an accomplished non-profit fundraiser with over 9 years of development and partnership management experience. As a distinguished social impact leader, Stephanie was recognized as a NJBIZ 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 awardee, exemplifying her dedication to driving positive change for marginalized youth.

Stephanie’s academic journey reflects her dedication to public service, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Montclair State University and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations with a Minor in African Studies from Seton Hall University. This educational background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of social dynamics, enabling her to enact positive change both domestically and internationally.

In addition to her professional achievements, Stephanie has love for the outdoors, traveling, and hiking. She has traveled to six African countries, study abroad in Australia, and explored numerous other countries and states. Alongside her roles as a devoted mom and wife, conquering Mt. Kilimanjaro stands as one of her most cherished accomplishments. However, she didn’t stop at personal fulfillment; Stephanie sought to leave a positive impact on the local community in Tanzania. In tandem with her adventure, she raised funds for a primary school, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and making a tangible difference in the lives of others, a guiding principle that resonates through both her professional and personal endeavors.
