Our work is rooted in a simple idea: youth from urban areas should have access to both vital support services and meaningful outdoor adventures.
We’re a small, mission-driven team, and we hire as needs arise—often for part-time, seasonal, or project-based roles that support our programs. When opportunities are available, they’ll be listed below.

Youth Program Supervisor
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Dates: July 6 – August 14
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
